By popular demands, we decided to introduce you to Genki Mart, a Japanese grocery store favoured by Japanese communities in Brisbane.
As soon as you walk into Genki Mart, you will be amazed by a wealth of Japanese grocery selections available on the shelves.
There are different condiments including soy sauce, mirin (cooking wine), soup stock, salad dressing, sushi vinegar, etc. These all come in popular brands and varieties that you can choose what you prefer with ease.
